The Importance of Family Connections in Migration
In the past, migrants that were coming to the United States had family connections. And so we never really saw homeless migrants on a border city. The individuals who are coming to this country have no family connections, they have no friends. They've imagined selling everything you own and then just going through dangerous jungles.
