What Happened to the Culture at Burton?

When the financial crisis hit, which was really royine, the big one, the osn leman brothers, all that raahead of that hit you guys. And so we had buying snowboards tis the recession? Yes, exactly. You know, it's always been a youth driven mark and its kids. I mean, people would buy two or three snow boards a year. But i felt there were no women in our top management and and that just felt wrong to me. So i brought her and sort of specifically to help with the culture and get more women in leadership positions at burton.
