The Importance of Lived Experience in Critical Social Justice Theories
Critical social justice theories as we should call them in general do not proceed using either of those approaches to positive and negative epistemology. The answer the postmodernist gave was lived experience that you can get into your own lived experience and that's where real knowledge lies. Anything that goes against liberation from oppression systemic oppression or anything that can be construed as upholding systemic oppression is problematic thus invalid so their epistemology is forwarding their own solipsistic beliefs about the world.
