Americans on average have three credit cards and 2.3 retail or store credit cards, according to a 2021 report by Experian. Not every cash back credit card offers this, but this is the benefit that I'm seeing increasingly often. These types of benefits are becoming increasingly common as the credit card space becomes more crowded.
