Chase: Most of the people designing, developing and testing running shoes are white dudes. We have to keep in mind that running shoes are some of the most studied shoes in the entire industry. So when we think about a bad fitting women's running shoe, it's really not as bad as some other categories. But again, our whole goal is to make things better.
