The SEC Is Eventually Going to Clash Bitcoin

The only safe assumption here is that it's going to be harder to get Bitcoin via regulated entities in the future. If we're wrong, that's great. But if we're right, you need to get your act together today. You know, obviously like the P2P exchanges will be fine. And you'll be able to get Bitcoin that way. The SEC has been giving guidance for at least almost the better part of a decade right now. They've said, we're going to move slow, but when we do move, we're moving and they're moving right now.
