Mining is still very young, so it'll take some time to flush out. Not everybody can plug em in. If you have a mining rig with noplace to plug it in, you have a very expensive paper weght. There's actually quite a few miners that have palats and palates of miners that are just waiting to be plugged in. That means they have this big stock pile thay can put into use.
