Are You All Equal Partners?

Being in a group is hard, isn't it? Harder than marriage because... Well, it's four way or five way. And you've gotten together with somebody, not because of your personalities, but because of what you are trying to achieve musically. So yeah, it can be real difficult and often times you have to get a divorce from some of those people. There were both. The idea of everybody being equal in theory is a lovely thing. But if some people are doing more work, well, those people should be compensated. If everybody isn't putting in 100% effort, then you shouldn't be getting an equal share.
