How to Treat BPH With Alpha Blockers

Finasteride was that the first drug used to treat BPH. In 1997, the one milligram dose came out as Propecia. And then later on, believe 2012, was do tasteride. When you look at five alpha reductase activity, there's type one and type two,. Two iso enzymes are located in different parts of the body. They're also located in the epiditomus all over the body. So it's not just affecting just one location. You're taking away the DHT and that can have detrimental effects. I'm seeing a much better response with an alpha blocker than detasteride or Proscar.
