Julian's Charges and the Procedure for Removal of Asylum
Julian Assange has been accused of violating the Espionage Act. Julian was a thorn in the side of totalitarian authorities from the beginning, says John Avlon. He started out as a hacker and released everything he got before becoming an asylum seeker. The U.S. government never actually laid charges against him; they rested always on allegations. And there is a procedure for becoming an asylum and a procedure for removing the privilege of asylum.
