In this episode I speak to Sarah Ann Macklin, the woman who has been hailed "The Jamie Oliver of the nutrition world".

Sarah Ann was scouted as a model when she was a teenager (at a Blue concert). She was soon plunged into the crazy world of modelling which eventually led her to become so ill that she was hospitalised.

Fast forward to today and she has totally changed her life and has become one of the UK's most sought after nutritionists.

During the episode we talk about her journey and she gives really brilliant advice about the little and simple things that we can do to make a marked difference to our health.
