The State of the Union Is Turning Into the British Prime Minister's Question Time

Biden seemed ready to defend his position, which I think was politically effective. But he also drew a contrast with the Republicans in terms of his willingness to say, let's make a deal and come together. And so I thought it wasn't him trying to convince them. I think it was him trying to draw a contrast with them. It almost felt like planned. Like Biden had said a little trap for Republicans.
