The Importance of Awareness Through Movement
I didn't really want to identify very much with all that shit. One of the things that really helped me was a practice called Feldenkraisch, which is a kind of, it's a somatic practice. He had a PhD from the Sorbonne in some sort of scientific engineering. And he developed this practice that is the trademark is called awareness through movement. I mean, not only are you transforming your musculoskeletal function, but you're using parts of your your light, it lists, but it's like, they're lighting up new parts of your brain.
