How to Heal Anxiety Avoidance

The first step is identifying your core values of who you even are. The problem with so many anxiously avoidant anxiously attached people is they've never really sat down and said, who am I? What are my core beliefs? What's my honor code? And it's really hard for a lot of people to thank just attachment to do that because the reason they don't like themself very much is because they violate those so many times. They want me to be consistent with my core value so that they can trust me to be reliable.
