How to Engage Undergraduate Researchers From All Backgrounds

Berkeley has a program for enabling undergraduate researchers from all walks of life. The students simply applies, they send a very simple application and then grad students and faculty can look at student profiles. We facilitate that process by also showing more relevant applications, based on faculty criteria. And then the nice thing is that the faculty and the grad students reach out to the student.
