How to Dry Hop Your West Coast IPAs
We dry hop pretty much every beer with a very small amount of hops when we're about one playdoh prior to terminal gravity. We don't see continue attenuation at that point so as a strategy it's been working very well on and it's kept our tank times you know uh very tight but yeah I'd be curious to see what you guys think about that approach.
