Budgetary Control Is the Difference Between Running Out of Money or Not?

Budgetary control is the difference between debt and building well for the future. Some are obviously naturally good at budgeting, whether they've been taught by their parents or whether it's just a skill that comes natural. Others find it really hard to boring and try to avoid it as much as possible. We obviously need to make it as simple and hence as engaging as possible.
