There's all kinds of ways that PTSD can be treated. Paxil is one, and it's pretty good in Zoloft. Those kind of take the edge off their antidepressants, but they also assist in relaxing the brain. They don't necessarily get rid of the PTSD, but it lessens the symptomology.
