I'm going to propose a system where rank choice voting is used. The first person, first candidate ucies and ithogt who gets more than 50 % of the voters than becomes the winner. There are so many advantages to rank croys voting, number one, as it eliminates what's called the spoiler effect. And i'm going to suggest to you all that we're here in the bay area, we've seen innovation in transportation and our way of life in ways big and small. Why are we not seeing that innovation at the political level? We can make it happen.
