I wanted to finish with some actual breath work that the listener can maybe engage with and me. I think breath work is the vehicle because when I for example, if you're open, we could do a 30 second experiment right now. If you're not driving, then yes, then take a seat and close your eyes. But what I want you to do just wherever you are, just put both hands on your stomach. This is the big one. And we're gonna do one practice breath together. Inhale through your nose and let your belly go out; exhale through your mouth. Pull your belly to your spine. Let's do that one more time. Here's breath number
