School leaders should just be grateful that you've got someone there, says Phil. I often use those transition des to get to know the other people who will be working there and trans spend as much time as possible with those who will still be in post. Everyone's trying to fit in a million different things it's excruciatingly hot so let's just build relationships I think and in June July everybody's flat out.
