You don't have to tell your parents that you're gay. You can just ask them what they think about it. Next thing that you can do is share with them that you have particular thoughts, right? So if you're concerned about them labelling yous is gay, treating you a particular way, and, you know, it's an acknowledgment of the fact that some people are gay. And so those thoughts need to be dealt with. The interesting thing is that either way, you can even go on step further,. and say that i believe that a lot of my problems stem from these thoughts.
