The Confusion of the Supreme Court Decision

There's a real irony, which is that in a lot of ways Roberts is one of the most rigidly conservative justices. I think that when you come to the case with the understanding that Roberts is primarily concerned with these optics, it makes the case make more sense. And this decision though is so confusing that on the morning of CNN and Fox News both actually call it wrong. Yeah. Incredible.
