The World That Was Created by Zazim Was Not a World Yet to Come

The language that is used in the book. I think that, i'm again going back to the question of sensitivity. To me, the world that was created by zazin was not a world yet to come as much as it was a world that was in existence, but not named. And so i think that what's really changed is the degree to which it has become ubiquitous. That like the conversation i think della was having with herself in the novel is one that you would commonly find on a street corner in most cities now. and i think that's a big difference.
