Is Your Strategy Not Changing?
I get that question a lot from investors, almost like perplexed, like how on earth has your strategy not changed? It has to have changed a little bit. My answer back to them is like, real estate is inherently a long term business. And if you believe in the macro context of the markets you're investing in, whether they're Toronto, anywhere else in Canada, in the US, then your strategy may tweak but it shouldn't fundamentally change all that much.
