What Is the Quito Diet?
The quito diet is no more effective at burning fat than any other diet. The general population can achieve the same weight loss on an energy restricted diet without having to remove whole food groups. Most people won't be eating mostly fats for the rest of their lives. Unless you have a medical condition in which quito can help to improve and extend your life, i wouldn't personally recommend it.
