Do You Have an Accessibility Team?
In our personal investing a business unit, we actually have an accessibility help desk. If you're using a system of technology and running into any type of accessibility barriers, this team provides that extra level of assistance. We thrive on customer feedback as it pertains to accessibility. And if there are any pain points or accessibility barriers that our customers encounter, we have the ability to get that feedback directly to the developers andde siners of that product or service. There's still so much more we want, need to do, but accessibility is certainly a journey, as we all know.
