By and large a lot of women in leadership on your crew experience. Even though like you believed in complementary in theology there was no way to function to functionally practice it because guys weren't around for yeah by andlarge. At the same time though the your experience like other women were the enforcers of purity culture of complementarianism of gender roles of gender norms. If i if i'm wrong please please let me know but that's what it seemed to be is that even though this was a space where a lot of men weren't necessarily always calling the shots there was still this internal worldview that sees women as submissive or that sort of thing.
