Do You Prefer Dry Sounds?

Dustin: As a mixer, that's what I prefer, is for you to deliver me dry sounds. Unless it's an obvious choice and the sound is completely unusable without it, then that makes sense. But if it's something that could go either way, then yeah, I would prefer something without any EQ, any compression, anything. It's trickier for me. Like even when I'm doing stuff from my own internal thing, I still put compression on it because I'm allowing myself to kind of sit and be in that space and just kind of work that for a minute.
