The Overspending of Culture
Companies are spending more than the revenue they're bringing prioritising growth. It's a combination of culture and I use that term loosely over staffing. If you look at it Facebook, they've just let go. How many people yesterday? I think 7,000 people. But when you start laying people off, you go, did I make the right decision spending all that money during COVID on all these events and travel and travelling the world? Probably not.
