What's Your Scale and Scope?

In the digital world, a person is only as successful as the tools and availability that they have to connect. Community management can't be a siloed experience at all. It has to be tied into the whole game tied into all the teams tied into every expectation to the end user. So for me it's always about understanding what your scale and scope from a tool sets point of view.
