What I Love About the Poetry of Thomas Jefferson

The poet was a great noticer of the natural world. He paid attention to how hawthorn bud would unseal, how catkin was covered in downy white. His poetry is full of celebrations of these unsung things in thenatural world. But he also discovers proper but just to nail it there, is, it is accurate that the causes a feeling of boy genius suddenly arrives in nature which we all rather like.
