Is There a Value Proposition Mismatch?
We don't work with our sellers closely for volume commitments. Today, we give more volume to the sellers that are willing to take more risk. We tell our sellers that if you can chip faster, there's going to be more demand on your products. And so it's a little bit of a kind of a value proposition mismatch right now that we're excited to address this year. The challenge usually is maintaining an active user base on the mobile app.
