The Myth of the Paleolithic Diet

I prefer to relate to ancestral reconnection and ancestral veneration more as a type of mythos, a type of mythology. In the sense that we can look at indigenous life ways, we can make assumptions about what our ancestors were and weren't doing. So by connecting to a personal mythology, what we're creating in our sense is our own connection to an ancestral mythos. It has to be something that's deeply personal.
