How to Buy Quality Warrants at Below 25 Cents

The average warrant for a deal that's closed is something like 20 cents. If I'm buying the average warrant at, you know, 10 cents and I think there's a 50% probability that we're doing a deal, it's just not going to be pretty heathen. The volatility doesn't overly distract me personally because my strategy is predicated on steady-arbitrage returns. But some strategies that take on more risk are better than others.
