Do You Think Bosses Have Gotten Worse?

We had an episode recently where we talked about how harassment at work has actually gotten worse during the pendemic. I think that a lot of these bad behaviors and bad ways of operating under stress, as you say, just gotten heightened,. And so it sounds like, in a lot of ways, all o these problems we are talking about, unfortunately, have gotten worse.
