How to Set Up a Co-Working Space in London

I was working for this investment company from 2010. I always wanted to do the investing stuff on my own for myself. And through nine others, I met the guy who ran that development just above King's Cross called Tiles Yard. He had a big space that wasn't on the schedule to be refurbished. They've been plugging away and finding more and more use case over the last sort of, as you say, just over a decade or whatever. But yeah, it's a superb company.
