How to Treat Your Own Shoulder Issue
I had an off track kind of positioning of my ball and socket joint some tissue or something kind of got in the way so I would have pain with certain motions pain with certain resistances or loads. So what I needed to do was figure out how to move my shoulder to clear that problem to restore my range of motion and abolish any pain that I had. It ended up working that if I took my hand behind my back and I did what's called internal rotation and I stretched it up with a strap and just stretching it repeatedly into internal rotation.
