The Importance of Timing in SIPA

Mark O'Mara: I don't want all of our listeners to think, oh my gosh, it's hopeless that this case will get to trial before the election because I don't think it's hopeless. But I do think it will require a lot of work on the part of the government, the defense attorneys and the judge being committed to moving things along. We may get some further insight into what's going on behind the scenes since it seems that every time one of Trump's lawyers gets fired or quits, they start talking about legal strategy. And certainly Trump himself is a leaky serve.
