The Trial of Menly Smith in the Fire at Millcrown Court

Menly Smith was charged with five counts of murder. Her trial took place at Millcrown Court and she pleaded not guilty to all charges. Leanna Shears died at the scene along with her nephew Bailey aged as four and her niece Skye who was aged as two. Five fighters managed to rescue Leanna's 50-month-old son Charlie and the father Liam, 23, from the first war flat but they both died later in hospital.
