The GRU is intricately connected to Wagner and its rise. The infamous Mulchino base for Wagner, which is on a GRU Spetsnares training camp was only set up after Wagner had been operating for a while. And some ways after it had proven itself in the Donbas, that's when the GRU started to provide serious support. So again, is there going to be any blame? Because of all the various figures from the GRU who seem to have been most important in this, it would appear to be Lieutenant General Alexeyev. What am I expecting? Nothing at all. This is just one more reason why I very much see this as late Putinism
