There's great themes and and stories in there about how to how to keep believing despite what happens to you. For me, that has literally been legas, music, movies and lega as. A lot of things that you can do that makes your mind turn off, right? I think it's important to find something to turn your mind off, or to channel your emotions that's positive and doesn't harm anyone else.
