The Challenges of a Well-Defined Purpose in Decision Making
Most businesses don't have what I would call an operable purpose. Their purpose doesn't allow them to say yes or no to things it's too fuzzy. The second thing is a belief in doing things over doing things and then you lay on the meta level of can we do we trust each other so all of the psychological safety facts of decision-making are missing. There's this kind of the mechanics and the the socio-dynamics of it often both are missing, twice so much of decision-makers is is a complete failure.
