There's no standing because even if you could show all that, you did this on purpose. This is not a live case or controversy. Think of Roe v. Wade. I find a woman who's pregnant who desires to have an abortion. And then that is the plaintiff that I tee up for purposes of that case. That actually is not the greatest example because she was seeking a declaratory judgment.
