Easter is not just one feast among others, but we also have other feasts. The Easter trituum as its source of light fills the whole liturgical year with its brilliance. By the Council of Nicaea in 325, all the churches agreed that Easter should be celebrated on the Sunday following the first full moon after the Vernal Equinox.
