Is There a Bubble in Canadian Housing?

Houses are depreciating assets. But that doesn't mean there's not a lot of price risk in canadian housing. Prices should be very sensitive to anges in rates when rates are already low, or when the user cost is low. So i'm saying prices are just buthe that doesn't mane it safe and batnt. I'd be pretty nervous buying a house if i had a, you know, five year time horizon. Ah, the interest rate risk with home prices right now is is pretty, pretty scary.
