20 years ago, agriculture employed 58% of Africans. Today it employs 49%. All of that is going to services. We need to really increase productivity there because we're seeing even more people go into that space. The private sector has a fundamental role to play. It's absolutely critical and getting it right is important not just for Africa, but also for the world.
