Rockwell's C-Day in Selma

Rockwell put together a cutting plan to ruin Dr. King's voter registration drive. He wanted to hang banners across the entrances of the town that said welcome in words to C-day and Selma. For some reason, the white city fathers of Selma did not think this was a good idea.
