The Importance of Pulse Contour Analysis
Pulse contour analysis is a newer technology that can be used either invasively through an arterial line, or even there's models out there that are non-invasive. These might in fact be a better indicator of fluid responsiveness. And again, with none of these tests being perfect, I wouldn't advise making a clinical decision off that single variable. But it can hopefully point you in a better direction.
