Clarence Thomas v. Fulton County DA
The district court ruling that Graham seems to be vehemently opposed to, I thought was a pretty fair one. It didn't say that the Fulton County DA could ask him about anything. The opinion is pretty respectful of his role as a Senator. And again, reaffirming that sort of reasonable process. But so Graham takes it upon himself to go to the Supreme Court of the United States to ask for relief from that court. Because we're in the 11th Circuit, that request lands in the lap of Clarence Thomas and he's asked the Fulton CountyDA to issue her response by Thursday at 5 p.m.
